Shipping Carrier and Delivery

We use reputable third-party shipping carriers to fulfill your order. Once your package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any delivery delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. While we will provide tracking information to help you monitor your shipment, Grow With God is not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Grow With God is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the order to the correct address.

Return Shipping Costs

If you need to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if the return package is lost in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Grow With God is not liable for any damages, losses, or theft that occurs once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
